Social media is a huge platform for topics such as entertainment, fashion and lifestyle, but it’s fitness that has really blown up, especially over the past few years. “Fitspo” has become a household term and many Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and Tumblr accounts are dedicated to posting photos of extremely fit bodies and weight loss stories. Although there has been lots of controversy over fitspo, there is none guiltier of feeding off the trend than millennials. We love the thought of being super trim, tan, and also able to lift more than 50 pounds off our chests and look like a boss doing it.

This is why we carefully combed through the endless fitness Instagram accounts we follow and picked our top 5 favorites. Oh, and we dare you to not do a few push-ups or chug a gallon of water after seeing these girls’ bodies. Holy six pack abs.
