1. Posters.

Posters have gotten an upgrade since we were in middle school. Posters can add that final touch to your apartment that takes it from recent college grad to ultra-modern woman. My personal favorite place to shop for prints is The Poster Club. The Copenhagen-based company has stunning, vivid prints from artists for as low as $23.

Bonus Tip: To save on the cost of frames (because OMG they’re super expensive!), visit local thrift stores and Goodwills in you’re area. They always have awesome frames at super affordable prices.

2. Wall Decals. Essentially a giant sticker for your wall, wall decals are an incredibly affordable way to spruce up your space. As long as the sticker is applied properly, it shouldn’t be a problem removing it from your wall. Stickerbrand, has great wall decals at thrifty prices.

3. Use Paint to Create an Accent Wall. For the cost of one can of paint (my go-to for interior paint is BEHR) and a couple hours of work, you can drastically change your apartment.

4. Succulent Wall Garden.  It’s no secret that plants brighten any apartment. Why not turn your succulents and herbs into wall art? Ten June shares how she did so here.

5. Hang Tapestry. Get bold and hang tapestry! Or get creative and hang a beautiful blanket, sheet or scarf. The instant pop of texture will spruce up any room.
