Of course, if you are running endless miles on the treadmill, doing the same workout routine every day, or taking the same cycle route every single time, it’s easy for exercise to feel boring. On the other hand, if you try a new activity, attend a new workout group, go out for a family cycle, go hiking on the weekend, or try something new such as rock climbing, getting active is a brilliant way of feeling less bored.
4. Do Housework
So, this might be the last thing that you feel like doing when you are bored, however, it could be the perfect time to get things done, especially if you are constantly feeling like your home is messy or cluttered.
