THEURBANLUSH: THE CATHEAD VODKA PUMPKIN CREME MARTINI

Megan from Lush to Blush and I were DEVASTATED when we found out that there are laws that prohibit happy hour in Atlanta. Instead of sulking and being heart broken about it, we decided to take action and create our own happy hour! Each week we’ll be featuring our own homemade concoctions and sharing our recipes with you!

This month, our posts are sponsored by Cathead Vodka. They were kind enough to send us some of their delicious pumpkin spice vodka just in time for my favorite season: Fall! This week, we used Bailey’s and some homemade coffee to create our very own Pumpkin Creme Martini. Here’s how we made it:

Fill a shaker with ice. Add 1 oz Cathead Pumpkin Spice Vodka, 2 oz Bailey’s Coffee Flavor, and 3 oz coffee. Shake and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon and chocolate shavings. To shave the chocolate, simply take a knife to the edge of the chocolate and shave it downwards.

And voilà! There you have the perfect fall martini to get your happy hour started right! We thoroughly enjoyed our pumpkin spiced cocktails! Be sure to check out all of the awesomeness that is Cathead Vodka here! Also, check out Megan’s take on our cocktail here!
