HYPEWORTHY: Red Bull’s Illume hits Atlanta
Written by Hope Alyssa
Last Thursday, Red Bull Illume opened at Piedmont Park. With over 3,000 people in attendance, this was one of the best exhibits Atlanta has seen in awhile. The Red Bull Air Force skydived into the park and the lit up photographs were revealed as they landed. The twists and turns of Piedmont Park made for the ideal setting for visitors and neighbors to witness 25 life-sized, illuminated light-boxes.
The amazing showcase highlighted the best adventure and action sports photographs in the world. The crowd watched as Red Bull athletes showed off their tricks on the skate ramp. There was also a live broncolor photo demonstration by professional photographers. Between that and the Red Bull Illume photographers who were in attendance -Zak Noyle, Dave Lehl, Ryan Taylor, Jimmy Wilson and Theodore Van Orman, this was an event not to be missed!

The Red Bull Illume exhibition is free and open to the public. The showcase will continue running through March 30 and goes from Sunset to 11 p.m. Make sure to enter by the Charles Allen gate on 10th to enjoy the show.
