This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Olay . The opinions and text are all mine.

I made some pretty big new year’s resolutions in 2018. Thanks to Olay, I refer to them as my #GlowUp goals. This year, I vowed to get to Africa and South America, to save $20k, to get in shape and to finally start taking better care of my skin. Although some of them have been incredibly hard to keep (here’s looking at you savings account), the one I’ve stuck with the most is making my skin a priority.

skincare for dark skin women In the past when I would think of skincare, I would only think of it in terms of my face. I would completely forget that as important as my face is, my whole body is covered in skin and needs to be taken care of. That’s why I’m fangirling over the newly released Olay Cleansing Infusion line. It’s their first cleansing product that is for both your face AND your body! The Olay Cleansing Infusion line draws out impurities and draws in hydration.

I started using The Cleansing Infusion Hydrating Glow body wash in Deep Sea Kelp and the Deep Sea Kelp & Aloe Extract facial cleanser. They both smell incredible. I’ve been battling a serious case of dry skin this winter and both of these products left my face and my body feeling moisturized. I was a little apprehensive at first since the facial cleanser also had aloe in it. In the past when I’ve used facial cleansers that had aloe, they always left my skin feeling a bit oily. Thankfully, Olay’s didn’t leave my skin feeling anything but hydrated.

olay cleansing infusions skincareI saved my two favorite products for last- The Microscrubbing Cleansing Infusion Hydrating Glow body wash in Crushed Ginger and the Micropolishing Cleansing Infusion Crushed Ginger & Citrus Extract facial cleanser. What makes these two products my personal favorite? I’ll give you two reasons:

  1. Both products have a scent that embodies what it feels like to walk outside on a sunny day, after 2 weeks of nothing but rain. It’s invigorating, refreshing and energizing! It literally wakes me up when I’m in the shower.

  1. What I love about these two products is that the micropolishing formula gently exfoliates my skin. The keyword here is gentle- it’s not like other exfoliants that leave your skin feeling bruised and tender. These products leave my skin feeling soft, hydrated and smooth. I’ve actually been using the microscrubbing body wash after I shave to keep from getting ingrown hairs. It works like a charm.

The Olay Cleansing Infusion line is a true winner. Even in the natural light you can see my skin glowing (we call it the #tilttest). Not only does it work, it’s also surprisingly affordable. Normally for products this effective, you pay a steep price. With the Olay Cleansing Infusion line, each item is under $15! What’s not to love? If you want to #GlowUp and get flawless looking skin, grab the products here!
