One of the primary missions here at TheUrbanRealist is to be more than just a publication. We strive to be on the ground in our base cities bringing Millennials together in a variety of ways. This Saturday, August 16th, we are hosting our End of Summer Warehouse Party at The Big House (368 Ponce de Leon Ave) in Atlanta. This is the first in a series of warehouse parties being planned in each of our 5 major cities (Los Angeles, Miami, Philly, New York and Atlanta). The format is simple. No frills, no formalities and no pretenses; just a back-to-basics warehouse party with dancing, free vodka and free beer (think Bushwick, Brooklyn before the TV series “Girls” ruined it). Providing the jams for the event will be the ever-talented Xavier Blk.

We encourage everyone to RSVP ahead of time by sending an email to rsvp@theurbanrealist.com. Once you’ve sent the email, we will reply with event details and parking information. The party will take place from 10pm – 1am. Entrance is free from 10pm – 11pm and $5 after. Come party with your favorite digital publication in live and living color! We’re looking forward to seeing you all there! The hashtag for the party is #TURPARTYATL!  A big thanks to our sponsors: Candelles, Bow & Arrow Art, Aster & Bay, Millioneiress and Compelling & Rich!
