Living Walls, The City Speaks
August 14th- 18th
Paint the town…literally! Living Walls, The City Speaks will kick off on August 14th with artists from around the world spraying and stroking 20 beautiful murals on the canvas we call a city. On August 17th take a bike ride through the live gallery, starting at Woodruff park and ending at the Goat Farm Art Center, to toast to the biggest celebration of street art. The celebration will include murals, Pecha Kucha-style talks, and DJ Vicki Powell and KILLER MIKE lighting up the night along with the art. So Worth Loving: Free To Be Tour Pre-Party
So Worth Loving clothing line is giving us a reason to love ourselves more with their launch party for their Free To Be Tour! They will be hopping from city to city spreading the love in every community possible, but first, a kick off bash at The Sound Table. Be prepared to fall in love with fun, food and music by Low Tree Grow Tall and World Famous G-MACK . They’ll also be making a big announcement that we’re too excited to hear! Bone Lick BBQ One Year Celebration Bash
Wrestle up some napkins and an appetite, then head out to the biggest BBQ celebration in Atlanta at Bone Lick BBQ. Get ready to chow down on award winning pit master Mike LaSage’s BBQ sensations and enjoy live bands, DJs, contests, beer, and much more. The spread of munchies and entertainment will begin at noon in front of the restaurant and take over the block with the Fat Ass Muff Challenge and Red Hare Brewing Company Chugging Competition! Did we mention that Mike can cook and sing? He and his band the Stumbling Troubadours will take the stage at 6:30 before the DJ’s take over the party and the new menu is revealed. Jeffrey Fashion Cares Atlanta
Fe Fi Faux Fundraiser! Jeffrey Kalinsky and partners present the charitable social event of the season masquerading as Jeffrey Fashion Cares 2013. We are going to party with the glitterati at the American Cancer Society to catch glimpses of fabulous upcoming fall fashion, followed by a cocktail reception, live auction, and after-party. Expect to be wowed by fall collections from Jeffrey Kalinsky featuring designers such as Balenciaga , Christian Louboutin, Celine, Dries Van Noten, Erdem, Alexander Wang, and many more.
