So I just got back from my very first trip to Los Angeles a few days ago, and I can honestly say, I’m absolutely in LOVE with that city. There’s literally something there for everyone. You have the luxury and glamour of Hollywood, while still having the edginess and grit of a truly urban city. Of course, three days into my trip, I immediately started looking for apartments in two of my favorite areas- DTLA and Los Feliz. It sounds a bit drastic, but I’ll be sharing more about that in another blog post. Right now I want to share with you this gorgeous Downtown Los Angeles loft I came across today on Archdaily.
Designed by architectural firm Marmol Radziner, this loft is everything I’ve personally ever wanted in a loft. Photographed by Jessie Webster, this DTLA loft is industrious, yet elegant. I love the use of matte black throughout the kitchen and dining area. The 2,000-square-foot condominium loft is located at the Toy Factory Lofts, a former warehouse built in 1924. I’m loving all of the velvet furniture in rich vibrant tones.
